Hi. I'm starting a new blog, and I'm going to tell you why.
In exploring about blog writing, the general advice I've read is to "write about one thing; pick a niche." I tried that with songwriting and tech troubleshooting. While that may help draw specific audiences to my blog, it doesn't represent me as an author very well. I like a lot of different things, and I want to write about them. I'm not as concerned with the traffic patterns as much as expressing my interests in one venue. I decided that niches are for people that are overtly concerned with personal appearance or gain, and I consider those people to be "bitches." The feminists can calm down now. I promise I'm not attacking you.
So, what do I like? A whole bunch of shit. Food, art, music, politics, psychology, economics, puppies, kitties, cute animals in general, cooking, wine, beer, whiskey, fashion, photography, song composition, technology and other small endeavors are all things that I enjoy.
Why should you read this? Fuck if I know. Honestly, these are my ideas and passions. If you like them, then read about them. If not, then don't come here. If you gain something from this blog, then great; keeping coming back.
